Focusing on faith begins on day one at Holy Family. Young students begin with learning simple prayers and Bible lessons. As they grow, they increase their studies through daily religion classes, learning challenging prayers and participating in prayer services and liturgies. In middle school each grade participates in retreat experiences to allow them a better opportunity to grow their faith in God and become closer to their classmates.
Service is also emphasized throughout a Holy Family education. Students provide service through food drives; visiting the elderly; creating and sending cards and care packages to military personnel; monetary donations to various local, national and international organizations, to name just a few. When a student reaches the 8th grade they are ready to perform an extended service weekend on the annual Rays of Hope service trip to Omaha.
